Event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred up to 48 hours before the event. In the case of cancellation by Dark Events, a full refund is issued automatically.
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within Europe and 7–14 days internationally. Express options are available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $100.
